The Pathways to Healing group is a therapeutic support group for adult survivors of domestic violence, aimed at helping clients understand their experiences, reduce the ongoing impact of trauma, and increase practical coping strategies for moving forward. Through psychoeducation, guided discussion, and mindfulness exercises, clients will increase their understanding of the impact of domestic violence, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen their resilience. In a supportive and compassionate environment, clients will connect with others who have shared similar experiences and work toward reclaiming a greater sense of safety, confidence, peace, and hope as they continue their healing journey.

52-Week Batterers Intervention Program

The Abuse Prevention Program is a 52 week Batterer’s Intervention Program for adult men and women offered in both English and Spanish. The groups focus on accountability, emotional self-understanding, gender socialization, and the deconstruction of hierarchy in relationship. In this non-judgmental space, participants will be able to engage in discussion that promotes vulnerability, self-reflection, and the cessation of harmful patterns of behavior. All that is required to join is a recognition of having caused harm and a willingness to change.

Anger Management Group

This group is a structured, educational program designed to help participants better understand and manage their emotions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) skills. Participants will learn practical strategies for recognizing triggers, changing unhelpful thinking patterns, improving communication, managing stress, and responding to conflict in healthier ways. This is a skills-based group, rather than psychotherapy, making it appropriate for individuals seeking personal growth, court-ordered participation, or tools to improve emotional regulation and relationships.
